Beyond impressed for the accommodations at the price and amazing staff. Would definitely stay a third time.

Rooms were clean although they are carpeted. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast was decent with eggs/bacon, cereal, waffles, yogurt, juice and coffee. The cons are that the indoor pool was closed which was a big disappointment. And they charge $100 deposit for room that gets refunded when you check out. And one weird thing though, apparently the day you checkout the keys stop working first thing is morning so when we went to breakfast and back to room, we had to deal with non-working room keys. All in all, I'd still stay here again.

Had a pleasant stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great selection. A few minor maintenance issues, but nothing major. Great location and good value overall. Would stay again!

We booked this place pretty last minute having had an awful experience the night before at another hotel and honestly, it turned out to be an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were properly looked after—super friendly team, quick check-in, and that nice feeling like someone actually cares that you're staying there. The room itself was spot-on. Clean, comfy, and had all the basics nailed—good bed, hot shower with actual water pressure (yes, it exists), and everything worked the way it should. Nothing over-the-top fancy, but everything you need done right. The little touches were appreciated too—extra towels, pillows, decent coffee maker, working WiFi etc. The location is great too. Super easy to get around from here, whether you’re exploring or just looking for a decent bite to eat. It’s quiet enough to sleep well, but still close to all the action. Basically, it ticks all the boxes for a solid base. We were here visiting friends so the perfect place to stay if you don’t have a car. And best of all? The price. Genuinely great value for money. You’re not paying a fortune, but it still feels like someone’s put effort into making it a nice place to stay. We’d absolutely come back—and next time, we’ll probably book it first instead of stumbling onto it by chance. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the charging points in the rooms. They don’t have USB charging points so I found it difficult without enough travel adapters to charge my devices. (I travelled from England, UK)

Lisa was a Helpful lovely ray of sunshine. She immediately made us feel welcomed and took care of us asap. She is not the manager yet, but well on her way into that position.

Fine rooms. Fine pricing. Lackluster breakfast. Rooms were clean and served their purpose. Staff was nice and helpful. I wish the breakfast was better. They only had sausages, waffles, fruits, and yogurt. No eggs :(

Customer service was very professional and courteous, room's were clean bed linens and blankets were all white which I preferred no bugs Lila was a very helpful and professional

The room was comfortable and clean. I was looking forward to a nice shower but first I had to ask for wash cloths which were delivered, then I realized the 2 small bottles were conditioner and body lotion , so I called the desk to find out they were all out of shampoo. From there everything else proved satisfactory
